Tips Up Cafe was founded in 1980 by Ken & Judy Roush. Ken is a graduate of the the Culinary Institute of America and he adds his own personal touch to all of his home made salad dressings and sauces. There is also a special board that changes daily featuring pasta, veal, steak & seafood entrees. Many of the desserts served at the restaurant are homemade by Ken including his delicious hot fudge brownie, NY style cheesecake & mudd pie. Many of the dishes on our menu have been with us since the very beginning including the orange whiskey chicken and the pesto pizza. Both of these dishes are loved by the locals....
